2019 Polar Bear Plunge

Here we go again!!!! The Beaver County Polar Plunge is set for Saturday, January 12th at the Bridgewater Landings Marina. This will be our 6th year entering a team and we as a team have raised approximately $15,000 towards Special Olympics. If you attended any year you understand what a wonderful event it is for Beaver County and what a great time it is in general. If you do not want to plunge but would like to raise money you can register as “Too chicken to plunge” and still help our team reach our goal. You may also donate to a specific plunger. To register or donate please follow the link below and then click on “join a team”. There you can search for our team (Rochester Ramcicles) and begin the registration process. I really hope to get another large turnout for this event as we have had about 20-30 participants each year. Funds raised help our students participate in Special Olympics events such as bowling, track and field and of course, Rochy Bocce.
