2025-2026 Kindergarten Registration

Welcome to Kindergarten!

The information below will help you register your child for Kindergarten for the 2025–2026 school year.

Registration Requirements

  • Kindergarten: Child must be 5 years old by September 1

  • Student must reside in Rochester Borough, Rochester Township, or East Rochester

Step 1: Complete Registration Forms

Step 2: Check Your Email for Additional Forms

After completing the initial online registration form, please check your email immediately.
Additional required documents will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. These forms must be completed to continue the enrollment process.

These documents are required to be completed for each student to proceed with the registration process.

Step 3: Document Verification

To proceed with registration, parents/guardians must provide the following current documentation:

  • Child’s Birth Certificate

  • Valid Photo ID of Parent/Guardian

  • Legal Custody/Guardianship Papers (if applicable)

  • Proof of Residency — one of the following, dated within the current month:

    • Current deed, lease, or property tax bill

    • Utility bill

    • Vehicle registration

    • Credit card bill

  • Immunization Records

How to Submit Documents

  • Scan or take a clear photo of each document in a well-lit area

  • Ensure all four corners are visible

  • Confirm that the name, address, and current billing date are clearly shown

Step 4: Finalize Registration

Once your documentation has been reviewed, our District Registrar will contact you to finalize your child’s registration.
