Nutrition Services at Rochester Area School District
The Rochester Area School District proudly participates in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP), which provides free breakfast and lunch to all students—no forms or income requirements needed.
If a student wishes to purchase extra meals or snacks during breakfast or lunch, they must either:

Pay with cash at the register, or

Have funds available in their cafeteria account.
Please note: The district follows a no-charge policy—students are not permitted to charge items.

Free Dinner Program
We also offer a free dinner program for all children and teens (birth to age 18) during the school year.

No registration required

Adults are welcome to join and may purchase a dinner for just $4.00.

Students who ride the bus are also encouraged to participate before heading home.
👨👩👧 Parents, guardians, and siblings are invited to share a meal together in the elementary cafeteria.
