Cleaning Your iPhone Cases

Silicone Case:

  • Remove your iPhone from the case.

  • Wipe the inside and outside with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.

  • Avoid using window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide.

Leather Case:

  • Made from natural leather, the case will develop a unique patina and color over time due to skin oils and sunlight.

  • Cleaning may alter its color. If you choose to clean it:

    • Remove the case from your iPhone.

    • Use a clean cloth with warm water and mild hand soap to gently clean the case.

    • Alternatively, a mild leather cleaner with a dry cloth can be used, but note that cleaners or conditioners may change the leather’s color.

  • Keep the case away from prolonged exposure to intense sunlight, heat, humidity, water, oils, makeup, and dyed fabrics (like denim) to avoid stains or damage.

Clear Case:

  • Remove your iPhone from the case.

  • Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the inside and outside.

  • Do not use window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide.

Smart Battery Case:

  • Remove your iPhone from the case.

  • Wipe the outside with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.

  • Avoid window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide.

  • To clean the internal Lightning connector, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth only—do not use liquids or cleaning products.
