The RASD Technology Department strives to provide new and reliable technologies to our staff and students.

Parents or students needing technical assistance should utilize the following resources:

The RASD Tech Team can help with the following scenarios:

• Email login issues or password resets (if you cannot access your email, please ask your teacher to submit the ticket)

• CSIU login issues or password resets

• Curriculum login issues

• iPad App updates or iPad iOS issues

• A help ticket can submitted to the Rochester Tech Department by emailing help@rasd.org

  *Please use your school email account when submitting the request. 

Your teacher can assist if you are experiencing any of the following issues:

• School program issues or if you need instructions with classwork

• Any other issues with online curriculum or programs
