Rochester Area School District Board Meeting Details
The Board meeting will be held in the Board Room in the High School.
Please enter through the Reno Street doors (Door 3).

Voting Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
(There will not be any Committee Meetings prior to the Discussion Meeting - 9/28/26.)
(RASD Policy 006 requires the District to post the agenda at least twenty-four hours in advance of all Discussion and Voting Meetings.)
For 2026, the Board will meet on the third and fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Committee meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m., as needed, and may reconvene following the regular Discussion/Voting Meeting.
The community is welcome and encouraged to attend all Board Meetings. Please record your attendance on the sign-in sheet upon entering the Boardroom. If you wish to speak regarding an Agenda Item or a Non-Agenda Item, please sign the appropriate speaker sheet as you enter.
To respect everyone’s time and ensure that all members of the community have an opportunity to be heard, speakers are asked to limit their comments to no more than three minutes, in accordance with RASD Policy 006.
