Rochester Area School District participates in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP). This program allows all students to eat both breakfast and lunch for free. If a student would like to purchase additional meals or snacks at breakfast or lunch, they must pay with cash at the register or have enough money on their account to purchase extra items. The district has a no charge policy for students.

Our dinner program is free to anyone from birth to eighteen years of age throughout the school year. Adults may purchase a dinner for just $3.50. We provide an opportunity for all students, even those who ride a bus, to eat dinner and welcome parents, guardians, and siblings to join their student in the elementary cafeteria for dinner.
